My client Unruly is looking for a Business Development Director in Singapore

As we continue to expand rapidly as part of focused growth strategy across the APAC region, we are looking for a leading Business Development Director  to drive further expansion into new markets and lead the Connected TV growth across the region.

Where in the Unruly Universe will I be working? 

This is an exciting role that operates by leading the Business Development function across APAC. Based out of our Singapore office, this role with work directly with leading broadcasters/publishers to focus on driving revenue for Unruly’s global video business. Currently our teams are working a flexible 2/3 day homeoffice week globally so you’ll have plenty of local/regional/global 24 hour support to drive your business.

You will be given the opportunity to work with global teams to drive the video business across the APAC and will be expected to know or have existing contacts with partners to build further excitement about the Unruly business.

What will I be doing?

  • Selling the Unruly business to market
  • Delivering revenue growth through executive support to take Unruly to the top of the CTV advertising market
  • Understanding our client's structure, and operational environments, and implement initiatives to deliver results, driving value to all media partnerships 
  • Driving collaborative support from global teams to provide localized client success by managing internal relationships across the entire Unruly global ecosystem
  • Providing strategic consulting services regarding revenue to your clients to ensure we drive growth for our partners
  • Bringing accountability and ownership to all levels of partnership management and the Unruly and Tremor Video brand
  • Working closely with the commercial demand teams to make decisions based on analysis and revenue opportunities with advertisers
  • Adopting close coordination with product and engineering departments to deliver new product requirements and launches
  • Providing monthly forecasting to the business to drive commercial outcomes 
  • Becoming the leading expert on CTV, OTT and other aspects of the media landscape 
  • Attending events and working with marketing to drive awareness of the Unruly brand 

Who do I need to be?

  • Solid understanding of digital advertising, and experience across the OTT/CTV landscape.  
  • Have the ability to work effectively across a developing environment with new opportunities arising rapidly
  • Have a sense for closing deals and an inner drive and hustle to open new opportunities across APAC
  • You are at ease with preparing collateral, discussing and presenting video platform value propositions 
  • You have experience of taking ownership and accountability for revenue results by collaborating directly with a variety of internal teams 
  • You have a demonstrated understanding of programmatic platform integrations

Above all, this role requires someone who likes to juggle multiple calls and tasks whilst travelling to client meetings and loving every minute of the journey.
