Responsibilities:

• Set up spare parts marketing process and internal working process.
• Set up spare parts marketing strategy and spare parts pricing strategy.
• Responsible for the new vehicle launch spare parts distribution.
• Responsible for the spare parts and accessories stock management.
• Responsible for the spare parts BO analysis and annual spare parts sales target.
• Spare parts activity arrangement and planning.
• Review team and process performance and promote a culture whereby processes are optimised to enable business imperatives to be met in the most efficient manner.
• Motivate and challenge the team, ensuring the delivery of projects, launches, sales and profit targets and all related KPI’s.
• Promote the personal growth and development of all team members.
• Manage team ensuring that roles and responsibilities are clearly set out, regular performance reviews are held, personal development plans are in place.
• Interact with regionally based teams to understand market challenges, opportunities, delivery, communication, pricing and product needs.

Requirements: 

• Educated to Degree level with proven management and leadership skills.
• Experienced in delivery services and project management, influencing key stakeholders and creating substantial outcomes.
• Supply chain, commercial, and pricing experience and ability to interpret and analyse complex numerical and financial data.
• Ability to influence and engage at all levels to maximise Aftersales share of voice.
• Able to balance daily operational requirements with longer-terms strategic focus.
• Be familiar with the automotive structure, malfunction performance.

• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Dependently finish the Business statistics analysis report.

What You’ll Do:

1. Be able to provide full consulting support, promote the effective operation of recruitment, salary, performance appraisal and staff training. Provide sufficient human resources support and talent guarantee;

2. Formulating, signing and managing contracts and social welfare to ensure that employees (local and foreign employees) comply with local laws and regulations;

3. Analyze the current situation of personnel to help leaders to make timely and correct decisions;

4. Understand the business situation of each department, provide guidance for the performance appraisal of each department, and supervise the appraisal process;

Responsibilities:

• According to HQ strategic plan and budget, lead the formulation of retail network strategy and execution plan;

• Lead the commercial negotiation with dealer group and lead retail network expansion in the whole territory to ensure the achievement of the business goals of both the brand and retail partners;

• Lead end-to-end network building from identifying and prospecting potential dealers and dealer group, evaluating and qualifying intended dealers, sign agreement to store grand opening.

• Lead the build-up activation of retail locations and ensure compliance with the brands retail VI/SI standards on an ongoing basis;

• Provide timely and insightful analysis report of market and main competitors to adapt strategy and action plan;

• Lead the monitoring and evaluation of retail network, to provide analysis report and suggestion, to negotiate and achieve improvement;

• Lead the plan and execution of pop-up exhibitions, including site selection, decoration materials and installation, opening ceremony, leads collection;

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, commercial management, economics, automotive engineering or machinery engineering;

• Professional experience: more than 10 years of work experience in automobile retail network, more than 5 years as retail network director. Successful network building up and management;

• Abundant resources and relationship with dealer group and dealers;

• Excellent management skills, preferably in projects involving site selection, architecture / construction approval processes and implementation of franchise standards.

• Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution ability; relationship establishment and maintenance capabilities;

• Strong ability to withstand pressure; strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate and break through.

• Language requirement: English as working language.

• Flexibility to travel throughout the Region.
