Position Description

A deep understanding of media planning and buying, coupled with experience with programmatic media buying. Familiarity with auction dynamics and how to leverage data to enhance client results. A passion for video and advanced TV is crucial, as well as a good understanding of agency stakeholders across different teams.

The ideal candidate will have solid relationships within agencies, grasp clients' business needs, and anticipate decisions that will drive spending. They should thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced sales environment while meeting quarterly revenue targets.

Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with agencies

- Provide value to clients and drive growth

- Monitor account activity and collaborate with support teams

Background & Experience Required

- 5+ years of relevant experience in an agency, trading desk, or digital sales

- A strong network within buying and trading teams

- Knowledge of the programmatic advertising landscape, especially in connected TV

- Proven success in increasing spending from advertisers and agencies

- Track record in generating new business revenue 

- Strong relationship management skills
