Job Description

 

Sales strategy management: developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy to meet the annual/ monthly sales target.

Dealer network development and management: creating a development plan for the dealers in line with growth plans and leading the sales team to implement and make sure all the dealers are in line with the brand Store Identity System and guidelines

Sales Performance Management:

Project, monitor, and review retail and target performance (actual vs target) with dealers. Identify shortfall or volume opportunities and develop proactive sales and marketing measures to secure target achievement.

Solicit orders to meet sales and market penetration objectives.

Regularly review local market development (economy, local automotive TIV, competitor activities) with agents to identify risks and opportunities. Together with agents, develop measures to counter risk and develop plans to capitalize on opportunities.

Conduct weekly dealer meetings to brief and steer the Dealers Sales Manager and Sales Executives on new sales & marketing campaigns, product information, competitors information, and circular

 

Job Requirements:

 

Bachelor's degree or above  

Automotive sales & marketing management experience and automotive dealer network development experience are preferred

More than 8 years automotive related working experience.
