Responsibilites:

• Learn the products’ technology and technical details and knowledge, prepare the training course accordingly
• Develop the Technical Training matrix to ensure the technicians certificated and skilled according to brand standard
• Define and schedule proper Technical Training to dealer technicians make them prepared to perform any diagnostic or repair to our vehicles.
• Ensure the technicians been trained properly before any new vehicle launch.
• Train at least one Master Technician for each service center.
• Daily technical support to ensure all the pending cases been follow and closed properly.
• Allocate solutions of tough technical cases, defining the correct process to escalate the issues and close them in time.
• Monitor vehicle quality performance and submit regular Technical Quality
• Monitor and follow up PDI center performance and repairs, submit PDI 
• Transfer and issue technician bulletins.
• Technical support to vital or major warranty cases.

Qualifications:

• College graduate or equivalent training in automobile, technical, engineer or similar.
• More than 8 years on automotive technical support, quality and technical training in OEM management level.
• Experience with dealers.
• Literacy in computer and software (Excel, Powerpoint and Word,).
