Job Description

For our client , a leading Chinese Car Manufacturer we are looking for a Warranty Manager in the Philippines 

Responsibilities:

• Review and publish warranty manual and documentation.
• Check and approval functions of claim applications.
• Supervision of claims: claim forms review, claim statement submission. Claim settlement.
• Carry out the administration and analysis of warranty carried out by O&J dealers in order to contribute to the recovery of funds and collection of warranty to the manufacturer, complying with the standards established by O&J.
• Warranty standard files compile
• Warranty system development and test
• Other relevant tasks of the Aftersales Department.

Qualifications: 

• Aftersales & Technical service engineering-based business experience at an OEM vehicle manufacturer  
• Recognisable technical qualification or experience based equivalent
• Broad experience, in many, if not all Automotive Technical Service Engineering & Aftersales disciplines
• Able to use, understand and develop Technical & Aftersales tools, diagnostic equipment & strategies for best practice
