Job Description

For our client, a premium car manufacturer from China, we are searching for a Customer Relations Manager in the Philippines.


  • Responsible for the whole life cycle operation of users, user experience, and continuously improving user satisfaction.
  • User-oriented, timely response to user needs through cross-team collaboration, and guarantee car experience; Including vehicle problem consultation and complaint solution, promote the solution of user's personalized needs in vehicle after-sales and energy services.
  • Combine with the car brand's lifestyle activities, products and online and offline contact points, fully explore strengths and interests, combine with user portraits, guide users to deeply contact with car brand's community, and continuously improve user engagement and activity.
  • Organize and guide users to actively participate in offline activities and cooperate with influential car owners, such as offline car owner activities, KOC operation and cooperation, etc.
  • Any business related to car accessories: Investigate and understand the needs of users for car accessories and complete the sales promotion of car accessories.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Candidate holds a bachelor's degree or higher in branding, communication, and marketing related fields.
  • Experience: At least 5-8 years sales or customer service experience in the automotive industry.
  • Has an Understanding on the working atmosphere and requirements of Chinese enterprises.
  • Shows enthusiasm about the car brand culture and customer operations, keen on customer interaction and communication for customer growth.
  • Strong communication skills, Good Service Consciousness, has great skills to lead.Have sales or customer service experience in the automotive industry.
  • Understands automobile-related products and prioritizes after-sales services.
  • Having creative ideas.
  • Should have a thorough understanding of customer life and have experience in operations and marketing activities.
  • Fluent in the English language (Written and Oral).
  • Proficient in MS Office (PPT, Excel) and have expertise in social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
